Car accident report to insurance

Recently I have involved in minor car accident and both me and the other driver had reported to police. In this case the police find that the fault is under me, so I have to pay summon.

Can I know if I need to report this accident to my insurance? Or I just wait the other driver to report and claim my insurance?

Previously my house in Puchong is still under Hakmilik Sementara Daftar, the Lot no and PT no are given a number. However when the MPSJ take over and convert it to Hakmilik Tetap, the house is given different Lot no and PT no.

May I know is it supposed to like this or it should use back the previous Lot no and PT no during Hakmilik Sementara Daftar?

Do I need to go to the MPSJ office to change it?
