Minor reno costs

Hi All...Im currently doing some budgeting and was wondering if someone could please advice how much would the below items cost me? Have never done this before so have no idea at all.

1. Relocate bathroom door to the red line
2. Relocate bedroom door to the red line facing the dining area

(Reason plan to do this is to get more cabinet space in the kitchen)

3. Extend the kitchen until the blue line(Estimated 5ft)

Hi All...Does anyone know of any new landed launches under 800K which would allow dogs? Looking around KV, Cyber, KK, Setia Alam side

A lot of new landed launches I know are strata and thus don't allow dogs around the house compound(Mainly because they have no gates as well)

Hi everyone...I am seeking advice from all the property gurus and lawyers out there...

Can a developer purchase and redevelop the existing plot of land which already have few apartment blocks on it WITHOUT getting full 100% of all the residents consent?

The land is currently a residential land and strata has already been issued. Its also a freehold land.

Sub sale booking form queries

Hi everyone...I'm very new to the property scene and looking to purchase my first property...currently looking at subsale ones and I have read up that we should put certain clauses in the booking forms(90% of asking price loan approved, loan reject etc) in order to avoid the 2-3% deposit from being forfeited.

My question is, must these clauses be printed on the booking form? Or is it written somewhere?
Anything else that I should lookout for?

Hi all...my car recently got hit and the other driver just sped off after hitting me...couldn't chase because the car hit my rear right hand side and busted the absorber...I got the num plate and have already made a police report...

Question now is, can I claim from the other person's insurance? If yes, may I know the procedure?

Hi All...I know this can be very vague but I would like to know the rough cost of renovation and if possible furniture and appliances costs as well in order to make a new double storey house liveable...I am looking at buying a new house but I would like to know how much I will need to have in hand in order for me to get the house in a comfortable living condition....The landsize is 22x75 with a build up of arnd 22xx sqft. Lets say I go for medium quality items...would appreciate all the advice I can get...

Items would like to be done:-

1. Plaster ceiling
2. Kitchen cabinets and appliance like hob, stove etc
3. Bedroom wardrobe for the master and other 2 bedrooms
4. Bathroom stuff for 2 bathrooms(Heater, faucets,shower screen etc)
5. Wiring works (adding few extra power points)

I'm very new to this so would appreciate if anyone can let me know if there are other stuff that needs to be done in case I missed out anything

Using EPF for half of subsale downpayment

Hi all...I would like to know is there any way that we can buy a subsale property but only use our cash for half of the dp? The other half of the dp will be taken from EPF...reason I'm asking this is because from what I know, to apply for EPF withdrawal, we need SNP and to get SNP, need to pay 10% dp, to pay 10% dp means we need to use our own cash...

I know can pay first and later just cover back when EPF pays but am wondering if there are other ways without having to fully use our own cash for dp....

If an Iphone is unlocked using someone else Itunes acct, is it forever linked/associated to that Itunes acct or can I register another Itunes acct and associate my Iphone with that account??
