Asking a basic C programming question

Currently read a book about C programming to revise all basics,
and found that I cannot understand how multidimensional array works,
Here goes the code:

CODE

int myvalue [4] [2];
for (int i = 0; i < 4; i++) {
for (int ii = 0; ii < 2; ii++) {
myvalue [i] [ii] = i + ii;
}
}

The book explained that the output is as below:

QUOTE

0,1
1,2
2,3
3,4
4,5

I don't understand why the output can go beyond 5,
since the if statement is only loop for 4 times, and the nested if is only loop for 3 times.

Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Good evening.

recently my windows live account has been locked.
In order to unblock it, they have direct me to unblock the account,

After following their instructions, I got stuck at the 'entering phone number' step.

Above are the screenshots of them, showing something is null, and then give me a error401,
which bring me absolutely no way to unlock my account.

I dont know what else can be done. Please gimme a hand on this if you know what to do.

Good day fellow musicians.
Recently i juz get myself a Epiphone Lespaul 100,
pair with a Nux M15DFX amp..
i was trying to get some Heavy Metal, Rock distortion sound with this amp,
but no matter how i set the amp setting, i juz cant get it..
For u guyz information, im completely a beginner with electric guitar,
Juz hav some self learn experience with classical guitar.
Helps from u guyz about how to set my amp will be much appreciate..

what could make such damage to those chip on my mobo?
My mobo is Abit AX-78,
im overclockers, pimp 1.5v on processor and 1.13v on NB.
did such damage was caused by the unstable current supply?
or its just other reason? thank you..

using build in graphic now... my question is.. izzit posibble to make it viewing widescreen display?
im using a Acer AL191W 19", with 1270x1024, its ugly and im having problem to read the text...

IS this graphic card failure? and does this type of error coming from the mobo indeed?
Im not sure which one is error as i dun hav any extra hardware to share, hope some sifu here can tell me...

How can i read and write to a external text file using prolog language??
and in the prolog program im able to edit the text file, like adding new data, delete existing data, sort data...
how shud do i do tht~~

PC dead after updating bios...

Im using Asus M2N-E, and currently im facing a serious problem...
im downloading the latest bios from Asus homepage, then using Asus update to updating the bios,
it showing that the program is erasing the EEPROM, then flashing EEPROM,
but when it comes to verifying step, it show me error massage, so i juz giv up updating then click exit,
then i turn off my pc... the next day, after i push the start button of my casing, the whole PC wont BOOT!
even i removing the RAM from the motherboard oso, it show me NOTHING, the bios didnt load at all~
wat shud i do, can i do the recover myself or i hav to sent to RMA??
hope some sifu here can teach, thx...

for example,
i to buy a new AMD AthlonX2 proc from them, to get some price cutting,
i trade in my old AMD Athlon 3500+ at any shops.
is this possible to happen?

i got some old stuff that still works well, so i wonder could this happen.

AMD processor users WEIRD problem...

At 1st my pc is having a serious laggy problem when gaming,
I have check all the things i able to check, and finally i have found it...
by UNINSTALLING my AMD Athlon 64X2 3800+ processor driver, my problem solve!!
but my CPU temperature is gettin higher, so the processor fan is spinning more quickly & noisy.
I have already googling around, what i found from other users is: their situation is definitely opposite with me,
all their problem solve after installing the processor driver!!!
although my gaming experience increasing after uninstalling the processor driver,
but a lot of other problem comes in, juz because window cant recognize my processor. (Hardware Profile shows unknown processor)

I hope somebody can explain this to me, plzz help me...

Problem with keyboard..

I dunno if im carelessly turn on something,but...
when im typing, i type alphabet "a" , but it give me " a' ",
when i press "del" it give me number "1"!!
& i cant open windows task manager with using " ctrl + alt + del "....
can somebody plzzz...tell me solution, how to fix this?

last time i pick up my graphic card from my PC to test it on my Friends PC.
its a Radeon x1300XT , & my friend PC's graphic seems so nice, no lagging during gaming...
but when i put my card back to my PC, and play the same game, the situation juz not same....mine is lag, bad quality like im using a worser VGA card...
I juz... DISSAPPOINTED~~~~~~

AMD athlon 64X2 3800+ dual core processor
1.5 gigabyte RAM

My fren perfomance :
Gigabyte 945 Sseries motherboard ( heard they say its "gamer choice", but it shouldnt hav this big different wat)
Pentium D 2.8Ghz
512 MB RAM

hope somebody can explain it to me...
