Dear All,

I have a situation and seek for your advise on the matter.

My developer has sent me the invoice for first progressive payment which was cc'd to my financier with payment due date on 14 Feb 2014.

But as at yesterday - 26th Feb, my developer has not provided my lawyer with the signed deed of assignment which is slowing the process. What can i do on this and is the interest of late payment liable by me?

Also, what do i have to do to make my financier make payment that is due upon receiving all required docs form developer?...should i call the bank or how please

I have recently taken up a loan of RM295,000 for a studio apartment from Hong Leong Bank. This unit is planned for completion in early 2017, i am wondering on how much interest i need to pay during construction for these 04 years of construction...my loan agent was not able to provide an anwser to this

Is it a good or bad idea to invest on a Studio Apartment at Mutiara Ville Cyberjaya. It is 500 sqf facing next to the OSK upcoming building. Nett price after 10% rebate is RM290k. Will this appreciate after completion in year 2016 and can I get a tenant ?

I am just sceptical as many are telling me that Cyberjaya is not a place for investment.
