ehh i use maxis fibre internet around 16mbps why my youtube lag so badly? some videos not even able to play at all

any suggestion to fix it?

i browse around forums no problem, only watching youtube lag like shit

for tiesto concert i decided to go wif frens

then my mom lar ask me to bring my brother along (die hard fan), damn fking mafan

but ticket said strictly no under 18, told him that, he said his friends 16years old also can go metallica concert, he ask me y he kenot

how arh guys, can he go tiesto concert at under 18? if so, will he get caught? he's around 16 larh, height i think about 170cm weight not more than 70kg

i can definitely go larh , but how about him?
