J&T How to claim damages delayed documents

Sent very important documents under express J&T from 25/11/21 until today 3/2/21 documents not arrived. Can I claim damages of lost opportunity.? Anyone experience such circumstances and what is the process like.

We can actually assigned to someone we trust to control our assets in case of unseen circumtances..or we can actually control our assets in other person name..anyone familiar with the mechanism..legal aspect?

Why our city/town planning so bad?

If our city planning as good as in Aus/US we need not to pay a fortune to live in gated community.Is it because
i)Profit driven by developer
ii)Msian attitude where no demand for decent town/city/neighbourhood
iii)City planner..influenced by british town planning?Have never been to UK but friends who visited there hate it so much compare to US/Australia
