How do I claim or use Shanghai Disneyland ticket that I bought from Trip.com?

They just email me the receipt and GAL code.

Description say just use passport to enter.

But I search online some say can get the QR code beforehand to make the entry faster.

Anyone went there recently with ticket bought from Trip.com?

Hi all sifus,

Just wanna ask, the buyer ask to include 10% downpayment into the house loan.

I think the buyer don't have the 10% downpayment ready, or maybe wanna keep money for reno, so he ask to mark up price in SnP to include the 10% downpayment.

Are there any risks or potential wrong doings in this? I scared later the bank say can't do this method.

Any formula to calculate FD early withdrawal

A month ago I placed FD @ 3 months @ 2.65%

Now they offer new rates
- 3 months @ 3.3%,
- 12 months @ 3.9%

Any formula to calculate the benefit if I uplift and put new rates, compared to if I just leave it inside to mature, then later only uplift?

Of course we won't know new fd rates in the future.

Update 26/10/22

Am feeling abit better compared to the past week after reading inputs and replies here.

I think it's just mid life crisis hitting me.

The hard part is my negative mental state bringing me down without me realising it until I read the replies here.

Good to know am not alone in feeling this way.

Am going to keep this thread open for any more replies / advices / inputs from your own life.

Laptop for VS Code / Gitkraken

My current laptop died.

So basically I just need a new laptop for the following requirement:-

- Basic Web development using VS Code
- Gitkraken
- Basic stuffs like Word / PPoint

Is Intel Celeron N4020 /N4500 good enough, or should I go for i3 / i5?

Issue is budget.

If I can make do with just a Celeron, then why not?

I recently requested my credit score.

Surprisingly my score dropped compared to last year even though my Total Oustanding Balance has reduced, with similar Total Limit.

I don't have any new loans, nor applied new credit cards, nor any missed payments.

Any possible other reasons?
