how do i lose weight
i've been trying many kind of method to lose weight ..sometime it work sometime not and many time i have to restart the process after gaining it back
after losing some weight

but one day i found about atkins diets and later intermittent fasting

many people dont like atkins and IF diet and said dangerous for kidney etc bla bla

as long you do it properly everything will be ok...follow the proper method..give it a try

only this method i successfully lose a ton of weight, makan sedap2 and can continue maintain my weight

it took me, 3-4 months to get my ideal weight

on exercise, i live in a small town near kampung wheres theres no gym...
so i bought 10kgx2 dumbbells to do some light training at home
run around my house and also do cardio training at home not everyday maybe 3-4 times a week

skipped lift and use stairs, parking jauh2

when i feel lazy down and feel like quitting..

Pros of me losing weight
im very happy, wife more happy, i can run2 and play with my kid without losing breath, i got clear skin, more hensem, improve self esteem, better sex piap life,
easy to find baju seluar, people also approach me differently

current goal
maintaning my weight and maybe get my first ever six pack lol
