Hi,

Hope can get some advice from others here.

I looked at a few units and it is within my price range. I prefer the layout here compared to Royal Domain (Sri Putramas II).

One unit I saw, which is way too big for my needs, has some water damage issue coming from upstairs. Already stopped leaking and upstairs is being fixed, just in need of a paint job.

Another unit I saw has some rising damp on the wall. I assume this is easily fixed.

Could it be that the water damage issues is actually a sign of a deeper problem?

Other than the water damage issues and some superficial cracks, I kind of like it.

Anyone staying here or have stayed here? Any issues I should know about before pulling the trigger?

Hope I am not posting in the wrong forum.

I am looking to buy a battery connector, specifically a solder tab. Hopefully the pictures below makes sense.

I went to Jalan Pasar yesterday, all the shops say they do not carry this kind.

Other than buying online, would anyone be able to point me where/which shop do I look for this kind of things?
