Taman Lestari Putra (LEP6)

Guys,

I am new here. I need recommendation or comments on the properties of Taman Lestari Putra (LEP6). As I know, this project was abandon few years back. Its took over and completed by IJM in year 2010.

My question is:-

1. Is it "safe" to stay at that area?
2. Is the ROI (return over investment) good?
3. I heard someone said it is a rubbish dump site long long time ago...?
4. What is the actual market price (DS Terrace)?

Hope you guys can give comments and answer my question

Capture Video from Video Camera to PC

Hi All,

Need advice, I'm currently using Vista Notebook and want to capture the video from my Video Camera.

However, I try to connect 4 pins to 4 pins firewire cable from Video Camera to my Laptop. I can't get any connection.

My question is...

1. Should I buy additional PCMCIA Firewire 1394 Cardbus for my laptop?

2. The firewire cable using 4 pins to 4 pins or 4 pins to 6 pins.

TQ!
