I was planning to buy a subsale landed house in Selangor area before GST, working at PJ area, budget around 650-750k, ideal land size 20x70 or 22x75, minimum build up 2000sqft above, of course freehold, any good recommendation by all the Taikors Taijies here? Currently found some in Kota Kemuning and Putra Height area.</description>

            <title>Question: Renewal of Lease</title>

            <description>1. Why most of the developer only renew the lease back to 99yrs when VP but not the time they start selling it?&lt;br /&gt;2. Developer need to pay more money due to the land value increase after VP so why they don&amp;#39;t renew it early?&lt;br /&gt;3. Usually they didn&amp;#39;t stated in S&amp;amp;P, if the developer didn&amp;#39;t renew the lease as promised, what can we do?&lt;br /&gt;4. Any case about the developer didn&amp;#39;t renew the lease as promised happen before?&lt;br /&gt;5. Can the developer renew the lease less than 99yrs?</description>

Each floor less than 8 units&lt;br /&gt;8. At least 2 tiers security&lt;br /&gt;9.
