Can I install CPU with FSB lower than mobo?

Hi,
My question: Can I install CPU with FSB lower than motherboard?

I have a P4 1.6Ghz CPU on Intel D845WN motherboard.
Now i wanna upgrade my motherboard to Biostar P4M900-M4 which supports FSB 533mhz
I check on the processor supported on their website:
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en-us/mb/cpu...rt.php?S_ID=283

Processor Processor Model sSpec/OPN# CPU Speed FSB
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor N/A SL88L 3.40 GHz 800 Mhz
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor N/A SL7L5 3.20 GHz 800 Mhz
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor N/A SL6WG 3.20 GHz 800 Mhz
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor N/A SL6K7 3.06 GHz 533 Mhz
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor N/A SL7L4 3 GHz 800 Mhz
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor N/A SL6S4 2.80 GHz 533 Mhz
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor N/A SL6WR 2.40 GHz 800 Mhz
Intel(R) Celeron(R) D Processor 335 SL7VZ 2.80 GHz 533 Mhz
Intel(R) Celeron(R) D Processor 330 SL8HL 2.66 GHz 533 Mhz
Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processor N/A SL77T 2.80 GHz 400 Mhz
Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processor N/A SL6W5 2.60 GHz 400 Mhz
Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processor N/A SL72B 2.50 GHz 400 Mhz
Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processor N/A SL6VU 2.40 GHz 400 Mhz
Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processor N/A SL6HY 2 GHz 400 Mhz

My CPU doesn't appear on the list. But i see it supported intel celeron processor with FSB 400mhz
I wonder if my CPU can work with the mobo or not.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

how to configure IP filter on billion BiPAC5112S?

i'm new to this router/modem, Billion BiPAC5112S which is given by the tmnet technician after the service. They didn't leave any manual back so i find it very difficult for me to configure the router/modem.

i just configured the NAT and now everyone can online already.

One of my housemates is using BT p2p downloading whole day long even though she's not at home. so, me n other housemates planned to block her IP while she's not around.

the problem is... we hv no idea on how to configure the ip filter without the manual.

anyone here is kind enough to guide me with the steps?
