i understand we need an authorization letter from the company, but i have no idea how is the letter looks like.

Instagram not sending 6-digit code.

Instagram asked for a 6 digit code sent to either WhatsApp or to my Phone Number (messages app).
After trying for a while, I still couldn't receive the code from either. How can I get the code?

My problem is now I can't access to my Instagram because I didnt receive the code sent by Instagram.
Without the code, I cannot access to my Instagram.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem and get the code?

Above situation is actually by my son...
anybody who know or experience, kindly assist or share .. thank you.

what is the market practice ?

i want to rent a shop office (RM1500, bare unit)
but owner ask for

two month rental deposit RM3000
water deposit RM500
Electricity deposit RM3000
Restoration deposit RM1500

I also owner and normally i rented out commercial like
rental deposit - 2 months
utility - 1 month

completion in 2 years time.

anybody can comment on the developer / contractor ? (both are same company as having the same address)

i opined Price quite steep.
RM3mil budget can get a subsale bungalow in Taman Yarl.... why price of new link house now so expensive ya ??

I saw one unit condo duplex, originally is a double height ceiling for the living hall. i think the previous owner has re- structure and change the original living area (upstair) into another bedroom and bathroom.
can i know this need architectural plan and MC approval ?

the current owner dont know as he bought it from sub-sale.

hi there

as per topic above, i plan to park at KLIA for 5 days.

from my research, the most idea is park at KLIA long term Car Park @ Block A & B, which charge is Day 1 to Day 3 : RM52/day, Day 4 onwards is RM30/day

I do not plan to take KLIA transit or grab because we are getting early flight and we have 5 person (includes 2 old people and 1 child with luggages).

we prefer walking distance to the Departure hall.
