How to remove the tnb meter electric

Hi guys,

I really need all your advise and help for evicting the tenant from the house.

I plan to cut the electricity by removing tnb meter electric so they can’t continue to stay in the house due to large amount outstanding of the bill didn’t paid.

The problem is this tenant has 4 dogs in the car porch and I don’t know how to ask them open the door for us to enter the house to remove the meter electric.

Can I report to police because of this problem since the tenant might not allow us to enter the house for removing the meter as they don’t want to confront with us when we find them?

Any recommended fund investment as today?
