display problem [SOLVED]

hi guys..i have a problem with my pc..i recently build a pc..with most of it a 2nd hand items..so..when i gt everything ready..i put them 2gether to a casing..and the first run..it was no problem..i installed windows 7 32bit..runs smoothly..then i installed some games..first game is far cry 3..i played it and it runs smoothly no problem..then..after that..i reboot it..as it is rebooting..i gt no display at all..so i press the reboot button again on my pc..still no display..after that..i recided to take out all my hardware out of the case..and put it 2gether outside..whatsm happen is..the display have no problem and i put it back into the casing..the problem is...the same thing happen the next day after i off it for a night..i did thr same thig as taking out my hardware off the case..this time..still no display..

sory for the long story..hehe..so i want to ask..what is the problem with my pc?

msi k9nu neo v motherboard (2nd hand)
amd athlon x2 5200+ 2.7ghz (2nd hand)
3gb ddr2 (2gb+1gb) (2nd hand)
seagate 160gb hdd (2nd hand)
samsung dvd-rw (new)
sapphire hd 5670 512mb ddr5 (new)
psu e-super power 450watt (new)

oh..btw..when on..it booted..it have the beep sound when i on it..but no display..is it my sapphire hd 5670 not compatible? but why it gt display at first..then suddenly no display? or do i need to chnge mobo? thanks ^^
