Hello there!

Recently my computer has been infected by malwares, which I tried to do everything including using anti-malwarebytes, antirootkit, etc to disinfect my computer. System recovery is disabled, my Windows Update is corrupt which causes my laptop to hang and my firewall has been disabled.

After cracking my head trying to find a solution to fix all this, I decided to just reformat/reinstall Windows 8. I'm unable to use the Refresh/Reset option since the files are missing. I downloaded the ISO for my version and burned to a disc and tried to reinstall, however it said the CD-key cannot be used for this version.

Is there any other way for me to reinstall my Windows 8?
