I have received a call claiming to be from SKMM/MCMC this evening and the lady was saying that she wanna do survey, ask my phone number, IC,home address bla bla.

The number is 03-74515320 and she did ask me on internet questions too.

Anyone receive call from SKMM before?

Late home loan payment

Hi ,

I have a morgage loan which I need to pay RM2550 each month. I paid late for few times (More than 2 months) and now the bank have revised my BLR to BLR +1 .

Have you guys encountered such situation? Any ways to restore it to the usual BLR - 2.3 back?

I am confused.

Can i transfer online for salary

Hi guys,

I was wondering instead of issueing cheque to myself, can I transfer online instead for my service fee from my company? The company is an enterprise (Sole-Proprietor).

What should I put the description then? Salary guys?

GST Charges

Hi guys,

I had set up an enterprise last September 2014 and sales are coming in this month (March 2014). My questions would be, do I charge the client GST of 6%? My annual turnover of course does not exceed RM500,000 for now.

If I have charged GST earlier in January on one of my sales, what should I do?

How do I do filing for income tax later in April 2014 for my company? As I do not have a fix monthly salary, I did not contribute to my EPF and Perkeso either. Any of you guys had face similar situation?

Hi guys,

I am planning to open a current account. However, i do not have an introducer (Since the bank need one to open a 'normal' type). Hence, the bank said if there's no introducer, can proceed to open CIMB islamic current account.

Basically whats the difference between the 2? I tried searching but could not get an accurate result.
