Currently, what is the best ISP for unlimited quota internet (without speed being throttled down)? What are the best options for:
1. Wireless broadband
2. Fixed wired internet (not fibre, my area doesn't have it)

STPM vs Diploma in Digital & Precision Engineering

If my aim is to study degree at National University of Singapore (NUS), which one is better for me after SPM? STPM or Diploma in Digital & Precision Engineering (Nanyang Polytechnic) with full scholarship awarded?

If possible, I don't want to waste much money to get my degree. For STPM, will I get full scholarship to study in NUS? For Diploma in Digital & Precision Engineering, I will be working and studying, so I don't really pay even a single cent to get my degree.

What are the pros and cons of each of them?
