Have been using ABNXcess since April 2014, in general internet down every month, duration from few hours to few days, need to call customer service and complain every month. Recently since 27 March 2015, internet went down again, and still down until today 2 May 2015, complained numerous time basically every day or every alternate day to ABN then to CFM and finally to MCMC. Area affected from Subang Jaya, Puchong, Damansara, Kajang etc etc (too many to remember, you know if you are an ABN user). Abn says it is a technical problem and just ask to wait, CFM do no receive reply from ABN nor do MCMC.

Told by MCMC that so far only 17 complaints received, so it is a low, thus what they can do is limited, they claim either the cusmoters don't wanna take the hassle to complain or do not know they can complain to CFM or MCMC. So please call

If you are lucky you will be answered by a polite lady, else it is a very rude lady, but please be patient and log the complaints so that action can be taken against this kind of irresponsible service provider. Thank you very much
