Weird Case

Hey all,

My manager always call for meeting then spend 5 hours talk about grandmother stories. The important discussion is only 15mins, others are all crap and shit stories, criticize all other managers and say how stupid they are.

The problem is when we want to excuse ourselves from the meeting, she will say it's important so cannot leave until she's finished will her stories. Our working hours are only 8 hours but we need to stay for 12-13 hours to listen to her stories. Then we will get screwed for not producing our work fast enough.

Anyone is or used to face this situation before? We tried to tell her but kena hantam.
