Eateries can close at 10pm but I don't know why but right now any shopping mall that I go to it seems like some of them close shop as they like. I thought there are rules for shopping malls to open and close at a specified hour. Anyway, I see this Sushi King at 8pm closed but Boat Noodle beside open even at 8pm then I go further up I see Molten Chocolate half opened, pretty sure they are packing up and when I order something, they are gonna be like oh sorry our kitchen is closing, we only have .... and ... left to order. Like wtf, this is a Sunday...

It seems I can get more reliable food from roadside stalls and food trucks then shopping malls since they don't comply to opening hours anymore and they close and open as they like even though they are given up to 10pm. This is like a guessing game I have to play to find out which stores are open and which are not...

Treadmill shuts down because I ran too fast/long

Anyone here has the same problem like me? Some of us can run 12/13KPH for an hour or more. I have an old Life Fitness ST55 treadmill 2.0HP motor in my house and now it dies when I run at a mere 12KPH for less than an hour. I have to solely run on the treadmill due to EMCO. Does anyone recommend any other treadmill? I was eyeing the Intense run treadmill from Decathalon but that one is also 2HP and I am not sure if it can take a beating from the mileage I am going to put in. That one lack reviews so I am unsure.

AliExpress taking too long?

I often buy small things from AliExpress like cables, earpads and etc. So far I have been using it pre-covid 19. All my things arrive on time although it takes more than a month for most things.

However, I recently have like 3 things that I have requested for refund because I waited more than 60 days and for some reason now (maybe because of covid 19), they set the rule to 90 days before being able to apply for a refund dispute.

I don't mind waiting for a month or so to get my items but to wait for 90 days and have things not showing up. That is quite a bummer.

My things include replacement earphone cushions, garmin watch screen protector and UV glue for screen protectors.

My tracking info always ends at Handed over to airline, departed country of origin and then no further update. Wtf?

Anyone going through the same problem? Is there any solution to get my shit in time?

Buying a contra unit, taking too long!

Taking almost 10 months just to buy a "contra" property, shop apartment in Megan Setapak until today, the day of writing, 2nd June 2020. Is that normal?

16th August 2019 - I paid my deposit of 3%
24th September 2019 – My loan has been approved and I sign my letter of offer from Public Bank.
21st January 2020 – My S&P is ready; I settle the down payments and sign the S&P

The most frustrating thing is it took too long to prepare the S&P because it seems the seller had to transfer the title to himself before he can sell it and it took him that long?

Is there a case for this? Am I allowed to get compensation or take legal action?

Purchasing of contra property taking too long

I decided to purchase this contra property from this seller around August 2019. I paid my deposit of 3 percent and applied for a loan in which it was approve. However this seller, doesn't even have the S&P ready, it seems that they took up to around January 2020 (5 months) for thr to transfer the developer title to the owner and to prepare the S&P document for me to sign. I signed my document just before Chinese New year which might be 24th January if not mistaken. Until now, after the lockdown and everything, I still haven't heard about any news regarding any finalization of this sales and purchase.

I will be asking my lawyer about this but so far has anyone had any experience in the delaying of sales similar to my circumstances and if so is there any kind of compensation? I am suppose to just let them have my deposit while I sit here without what I paid for for way too long from August 2019 to May 2020. That is almost a year? wth?

Ran out of uv glue when applying screen protector

As the title states, I failed to follow instructions when my table that I thought was smooth was used to place my phone. I then placed the UV glue on it, in which it a fraction of it poured off from the top of my screen to the tabletop (damn you architect?). Anyway, now that I am out of uv glue. Is there any advice or can I pay like 10 ringgit or something for a phone shop specialist to apply it for me. I would be happy to give 10 bucks off because I am such a dummy

Warranty during MCO

Let's say I have a warranty to claim and it ends on April 10th or somewhere within this MCO period but I am unable to claim warranty for a defective product since the shops are closed. Would it be wise to demand or expect a prolonged period for warranty due to this problem? I saw Samsung doing it so far and I am lucky because I broke my screen and have a one time screen replacement warranty.

I bought a package from AliExpress and I suppose due to the things being so cheap, they don't have a proper tracking system for the packages. I bought a cheap phone case on the 20 something of February and it was suppose to come around mid April or later but due to this movement restriction, my shop has to be closed. I am wondering what will become of my package as it is undelivered until this day. I haven't gotten a call or anything. Has anyone experienced this. Do I have to self collect it somewhere instead?

I am a newbie when it comes to anything cycling related and was wondering how good are these Alcott branded bikes compared to other bikes. Any happy owner of such road bikes? I have tried to find testimonies or review of it (particularly the Alcott Ascari X) but failed to do so. I was thinking of getting one and Alcott brands from what I heard are cheap China OEM made brands that is on par with higher end bikes but at a cheaper price tag? Anyone can further give me a review or testimony? Thanks!

My father recently purchased a Seiko 5 Automatic Noctilucent Waterproof's Men Watch after seeing it on an ad in his Samsung S6's news app, .

The price was RM180 on the site as compared to the usual RM500++. After seeing it, he decided to order one via C.O.D to my address.

The item took quite long to ship and there was an inquiry page to track it by inputting your phone number and the details looked like this:

After a week plus, the courier finally came to my office door step. My office clerk paid the courier (poslaju) RM180 to receive the parcel.

Upon opening it, it was a China branded watch called "Prema" instead of the promised "Seiko" watch.

I couldn't even make out to where or who it was sent from and this is the first time the tracking number (or C/N code labelled on the package) given cannot even be traced by poslaju when I call their customer service and I tried to trace it via online but no avail.

My question is:
1) How do you even track a package like this back to the owner given my package info and also the site info in which little details has been divulged
2) Who do I report this incident to for legal action to be taken?

Desktop powers up but display is blank

As you can see, my graphic card, motherboard is lit up and fans are spinning but my display is blank.

I had my computer for at least half a year now and everything was fine until recently like 1 month ago, my computer will not boot up at random times. Meaning if I am lucky I can get it to start, sometimes it starts up at my first attempt, sometimes I have to turn off and on a few times (like 5 or 10 times) before it can start for no reason. Recently like now, it is getting more annoying and when I need it, it doesn't start up?

Okay I have this kick-ass S7 Edge Injustice phone that I love like if you have a crush, gf or wife and you would take a bullet for them, that is how much I love the phone. Anyway, it has this problem called a stuck pixel...

Yeah, it randomly occurs. I didn't drop it or anything but one day it just appeared outta ****ing nowhere and then from thereon it just alternates between having this line and not.

So I naturally went to Samsung center and that was last Saturday, they said Sunday can pick up.

**** yeah! Baby gonna get fixed

Then they call and say have to order stock then I waited and waited until Tuesday they called and said they gonna do a refund since they can't fix it.

Wtf!?

I sent them a letter ranting:

My problem is that I have been going in circles being falsely promised that it will be fixed in time only to be delayed further as I needed my phone for work purposes in the first place. Secondly, I am disappointed that my S7 Edge which is entitled to the “Galaxy Butler Service” privileges which ensures a worry-free experience for users like me ended up with no solution to fix my phone but a mere refund. In addition, the paid extended warranty/protection plan for this S7 Edge has been proven not fruitful and a waste of money. I also have problems with the refund details since the customer service staff claimed they have limited details on the refund and at the same time I have no receipt since this was a gift from someone else and that person has no receipt. Regardless, I believe an IMEI will suffice since this phone was release around April and it has only been less than a year so this warranty still holds up. Why is there not a solution when offering a warranty to the point where a refund has to be issued out to me?

After, waiting for only 500 units in Malaysia and then getting it, they think they gonna just take this one back since they can't fix it? What will happen to it? They gonna crush it? Refurbish it and resell?

I smell bullshit and something fishy.

I asked them how much was the refund and so many different answers from different rep:

"Depends on the item condition and how many items you send back in"

"Full retail price (RM4099 according to news) but I don't know much as I have limited access to this info"

I am in taman melawati area, unifi so bloody lag until i cannot go facebook but can serve other website but very slow. Play dota 2 low latency liek 100ms but delay like shit 3 secs unplayable. Lost 25 mmr. Called the unifi service center for 5 minutes straight they play adverts and kept saying all our customer service is still busy. WTF? I can't even access my facebook to check my important notifications and documents, lost my game and service center wont answer! f***
