Unit below leaking

Unit below me is leaking water. The owner and management thinks that our unit is causing the leak due to bathroom waterproofing are done for. But hear this interesting findouts. Previously the unit below had complained water leakage issues and the management had come checked and still thinks it was the bathrooms. With the just recent rainless days, the unit below stopped complaining about leaking issues. Only then this week the unit started complaint again and it happens to be heavy daily downpour outside.

But, lets say just incase I agree to management's suggestion to re-waterproofing our bathrooms and if the unit below still complaints leaking issues:

What can I do when management asks to re-do the tiles on other sites than bathrooms and can I say that even after waterproofing repair, this issue isn't coming from my unit?

Money got Siphoned

Earlier this week my money got stolen. On Saturday I checked my M2U because I had made transaction to topup game (which I always do everytime I do a transaction), I noticed my account balance is lower than it supposed. Checking the transaction history, there is this 1 transaction I'm not aware about dated 24/1/2019 amounting RM119. Checking the Debit History the description was not detailed enough, only so simple text written as "SALE DRI". Contacted CS about the transaction, they said DRI is some form of e-wallet service, which I don't think I haven't been a member to any nor have account to any.

I asked CS to void the card and Monday went to PDRM to make a report, went to Maybank branch where I made my account and asked them more details and also to create new card. Even the bank officer felt suspicious because he said that usually M2U would give detailed info, like the rest of my transaction history, but on my case of the unauthorized transaction one, the guy said the transaction description could be DELETED by someone.

Now waiting for Maybank investigation.

U Mobile trying to cheat?

It is weird that for their basic internet package or broadband package that runs out of quota, supposedly according their ToS that once you have run out of that is so called High Speed Internet quota, your speed will be reduced down to 64kbps. Yet when im using my phone network speed monitor I only get 4-12kbps for loading any normal website, including their own U Mobile website. When loading Facebook or any socmed's (using browser, not using app) suddenly the speed ramps up to 800kbps!

[Lighting] 2 Neutral Wires?

So I was swapping my bathroom light from fluorescent to LED, and when removing the fixture, I noticed the light box has 4 wires; 1 yellow, 2 blacks and 1 earth (green). This confused me out a bit until I decided to re-check with light switch, the yellow being hot wire. I replaced the fixture and wired the new fixture for LED, and it works.

So why does 2 neutral wires exist? I even checked out the youtube video for replacing fluorescent fixture for Malaysia, and there is 2 neutral wires too.

What's this extra neutral wire do?
