I bought a tablet with Change of mind and 30 days refund. On arrival I tear open the plastic shrink wrap of the box and open to see the tablet. I didn't like it and return for refund. Lazada rejected the return just because it opens it. The terms did not say cannot open. The seller (big company) in China was willing to refund but depended on Lazada to accept it. In UK I could open and return items without any problems. Why state 'change of mind' and give 30 days to return where you cannot open the item. How can it be without opening it? Who can I complain to?
