Difference 2017 City Hybrid vs 2019 City Hybrid?

Any Honda city sifu out there can explain to me real world difference of I-DCD and I-MMD? Specifically of the driving experience. It seems on test drive on Youtube, the engine is roaring at 80-110kmh and doesnt look like it's going. How is it different from the I-DCD version? I am particularly interested to know on normal highway drive at 80-120kmh with some overtaking.

I have seen articles here saying I-DCD is much more fun to drive but any user can give some input?

Cheapest Car in Malaysia with Smart Sensing Tech?

I'm looking for a car with smart driving technologies - Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Surround View Monitors, etc. Cheapest I have found is Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid with Smartsense at around 70K, while Honda with its V Sensing can be found on Civic 1.5 V or less tech on City. Is there any other car has good Driving assist and other tech under 150K?

Edit: My chopdown question would be, which car in Malaysia has L2 ADAS that has competitive price. So far I've seen X50, Ativa, Ioniq HEV. Any other cars?

Hi all, I wanted to pruchase my first iphone (13} with Senheng, considering i can only do installments. However checking the sites they don't have 128GB available. Is there any other place that provides 0% installments? I don't rule out telcos but i prefer directly from shops.

Micro Center like place in Malaysia?

Is there any shops in Malaysia that is similar to MicroCenter in US? They are the only place who sells GPU at msrp, albeit people need to line up for days to get them. From what I know not even singapore has any store that sells graphics card at msrp.

For context, Microcenter sells Gigabyte Vision 3070 at USD1099 (RM4509). A price hike, but it'still MSRP. where in shoppee it sells at RM7000.

what's the status of GPU market in Malaysia?

Obviously the supply is bad, but even if there is stock, would it be MSRP? Last I check in lazada the only thing available is 2060, selling at rm2100, which is about 700 more what it used to be on January.
What is the current state of our GPU market and what can be done with it?

Where do you usually get FE graphics card?

I'm new to pc buying stuff and I have issues finding graphics card with MSRP (as are others all around the world).

But I wonder if it weren't because of covid, where do people buy graphics card? shoppee? lowyat? gamestop? I'm interested in buying RTX FE card (at MSRP) but seems like even at scalping price it doesn't exist in Malaysia.

Best internet plan in suburb area?

Anyone here knows which plan is best for remote working from suburb area?

I work from home from johor connecting to my office machine in KL using virtual networking software. Currently I am using TM streamyx 10mbps (it's rebranded as UNIFI 10mbps).

Even though streamyx has unlimited data and quite fast, it frequently disconnects. I require stable connection for work and zoom calls. What I need is a plan that have decent speed (5mpbs should be enough), unlimited data, and most importantly doesn't disconnect. Unifi fibre is out of question because I live in suburb area which dont have fibre yet. Maybe fast and unlimited data/hotspots prepaid plan? Anyone have suggestions?

Import Set smartphone turns out to be a defect

Yesterday i just bought a [supposedly] brand new import set of Sony Xperia Z3 Compact from Dfaro Digital Sdn Bhd.
The price for this phone is strangely low - about RM200 lower than standard import set price. When i went to the shop to inspect, the IMEI number shows that it's a legit phone. Doesn't look like refurbished either. The only weird thing is that the package box that comes with it seems like it wasn't brand new. But after further inspection i guess nothing is wrong with the phone, i went ahead and bought it.

It takes only 15 minutes after I use it at home that i realize why the hell this phone is very cheap.

The back cover is loose. i can peel it off like i would peel the screen protector, and the whole thing is no longer waterproof!!

Anyone has dealt with this problem? What should i do? Is it likely that this is a second hand phone? Or returned by customer? This shop has and INCREDIBLE 24 MONTHS of warranty but the way they do business, I dont think they will go easy on me with this.

hi,

my myvi recently can't shift gear, and the mechanic suspect a broken clutch plate. however he asked to change the whole set - clutch plate, clutch cover and bearing.

is this necessary? since the whole thing is RM1K. Clutch plate is just 100+

gaming mouse vs normal mouse on CS GO

recently bought Steelseries Kinzu v3 and Steelseries QcK+ mousepad to get better at yeah.. aiming.

But after a few weeks I realized that this gaming mouse doesn't feel any difference than normal mouse at all!
In fact, I like the the old mouse more because of the grip and even the mousepad is not as smooth as my Ikea table!

I set up my Kinzu to 2000cpi and 1000hz, my old mouse was at default 1000cpi and 500hz.
I wondered how does high CPI matters when pro player use only 400cpi.

Is gaming mouse really necessary?

Need help.

Fixed bad sectors found with HDD Regenerator. Didn't help.
Ran chkdsk /r and chkdsk /f from cmd. still no-no.
Sometime i can access the data from cmd, sometimes not. How do i fix this problem? Is this a sign of hard disk failing?

I use windows 8.1

I'm looking for a device that can record Astro Beyond programme to DVD and record to HDD (similar like Astro-PVR)

Apparently the device name is 'Freeview Recorder' (never heard of it)
My price range is around RM500 to RM900. Preferably branded one like Samsung or whatever, but most important can read and write most DVD and also preferably can record in full HD.

i found Panasonic DMR-EH69 to be the best bet, however is there any other good Freeview recorder in Malaysia?
