I used my Amex card several times to purchase devices from Apple store before. But I can’t use it now. Apple Pay checkout also doesn’t support Amex. Is it a temp thingy? Anyone has any idea?

Water pump advise

Hi,

My house has two grundfos water pump. Due to a leak the “switch” / “ controller” is spoilt( pm1 for the grundfos). The pump had been running continuously(I think) for quite some time. If I’m not mistaken for a few months. New tenant didn’t bother checking water and elec bill. I got the keys in 2013. So it has been a while. Should I change the part that is spoilt or change a new pump. Hope someone can advise. It’s so pricy so any advise would be appreciated.

Anyone has used neovin water pump before?

Anyone can help me out. I had this account before. Closed it after 3 years. I need to know if the amount shown when the maybank app is opened and then when you click the account,if the amount is the same as shown on top or right below where it says current balance.

I closed the account but can’t check if my 1k is returned. I screenshot only the on the first part. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I was told the 1k will be returned. Thanks.

I checked the very first statement it started with rm0. So by right rm 1k should be shown included with my last avail amount. But it’s not in the latest statement received.

Shopee not returning postage money

I bought 2 items with postage of rm16ish. The seller sent one item and told me he/she conveniently forgot the other item. Asked me to refund and buy again. I had to refund so that I don’t lose the rest of the money. Emailed Shopee and they told me they can’t do anything. Postage money already paid to courier service. How have they paid for something not sent? If they did why ask from me. Should ask from the seller who did this shit.

I know the amount is not much but it is the principle. This is the second time this happened to me and Shopee just “lepas tangan” just like that. That is not right. I/we trust our money with them and this is what they do. Is there anything I can do? Or it’s just a lost cause? 😞

I’m looking for a new gate and one of the guys we’re telling me if I take stainless steel better than the sprayed black/grey. It will also take a month to do the process. Is it true? Or are they just lazy and want me to choose normal stainless steel. I’m talking about the frame.
This is two photos one with black frame which will take one month because they need to paint. Then coat it with a layer to protect and after 8-10 Years they have to take out the gate and do it again. I wouldn’t want that. The second photo is stainless steel. Please help me. Which is better? Thanks.

Car loan strategy

Hi, I would like to ask for advise from all the sifus here. Since the calculations can be quite messy and maybe someone has actually done it.

Im thinking of getting a car loan for approx rm300k for 7/9 years. Loan diff is approx rm850/month. Car loan interest 7- 2.42 9-2.5 Which would be wiser:

1/ Take the loan for 9 years. Save the extra cash(rm850) that I would be forking out if i took 5 and put it in wawasan 2020/amanah saham 1malaysia (basically approx 6% return)

2/ get it done and over with asap. 5 years loan.

i have only asked from 2 banks for now. planning to ask more banks for their rate.

Edit: planning to sell the car after 5-6 years

Hi all,

As the title suggests I'm looking for a replacement for my trusted WDTV. Been using it for years now. Very reliable. But with the H.265 and new stuff coming out need to upgrade. I have lost touch. I have googled about android tv box, kodi etc. Learning slowly. Im still confused as does this android boxes support Hdd (1tb and higher)

I'm looking for a simple box that supports h265 and h264 and other video codecs as well as audio codecs like Dolby AAX and dts. Just wanna play my tv shows and movies that I download. Streaming from Kodi would be a big plus.
