If you have not heard of IMOS before, here's some information about the brand

Connect2U has been selling the brand for more than 2 Years and we here are some of the questions we commonly encountered.

Q1. What so good about the oleophobic?
A1. As Malaysia is a country where humidity is very high, we tends to sweat and after using the phone, you will noticed there is a layer of smudge on your screen. For screen protector which do not have oleophobic coating, it will take a lot of effort to clean the screen. Therefore, some user will prefer to use a matte screen protector. It's a solution but it cause another problem - What happened to the Proud SUPER AMOLED Display that hard sell by the staff? Super clear and super nice to see? With Matte SP, it will affect your screen clarity. So, with Oleophobic coating, this will prevent all sweats, facial/body oil, stains, dirts to stay on your screen while giving you a super nice screen. And the stain is really bad, just wipe it off with a clean microfiber cloth (recommended as microfiber material is softer for cleaning ANY sp)

Q2. Will it get scratched easily?
A2. Being a 3H PET Film, IMOS OPC Series 3SAS sp are not proof to scratches. While it's scratch resistance is higher than most sp in the same class, it will still get scratched if you purposely use a hard metal or worse, knife to abuse it. In normal use, it should able to last longer.

Q3. I heard sand will scratch the SP, will this be the same case?
A3. As sand is a mineral which hardness rating is even higher than glass, it will scratch anything sp in the current market and even your bare naked Gorilla glass screen. You might heard from some people that they don't use screen protector cause Gorilla glass is so hard that it can't even be scratch by knife. Well, try using a sand paper and rub on it lightly, you will see for yourself the horrible result.

Q4. The price is higher than most SP in the market. 1 piece of IMOS equivalent to 3 times the price of my current brand. I rather change it frequently. Why should i pay so much more for a SP that will still get scratched? (the most popular question)
A4. Depending on individual, not everyone can perfectly apply a screen protector, some will go to the shop and apply. For those who likes to change regularly, do you really like to change it on regular basis or you can't stand the condition of the sp that you wanted to change it? Again, IMOS offers so much benefits than your current sp. We have a lot of Apple User's whom tried it and almost everyone are glad they made the choice. You might too, if you willing to give it a try.

Q5. How long can the coating last?
A5. It will depends on your usage. But on average use, the coating might last for 8-12 months. If you are a heavy user especially gaming that required constant swiping, it will affects the coating. This applies even to the coating of the gorilla glass if you are not using any sp.
