Nokia E52 Silence profile shortcut key problem

Hi all, I just owned a new Nokia E52. All the function are working great & I must admit it has lot of smartphone feature.
For those owning it, I would like ask is your phone function well when push & hold the # key in order to activate silence profile,
as this is the shortcut key for silence profile. When I tried it appears twice ## & asking if I wish to change the phone line. Need help,
thanks. BTW the phone use firmware v054.003 released on 15 January 2011, which indeed the latest software ver.

Burning very slow

Need expert advise. Lately my combo drive burning had been annoying as it take longer time to burn CD (mp3 - CD). Last time burning with a 32x speed will only take about less than 4min. But now it can go up to 10mins and usually will end up with burning fail. Had used for more than 4 yrs. My HDD 80GB (new), P4 2.4 . But there's no problem watching DVD and listening CD's . Is't time to change it or is't caused by other factor. FYI there's one more normal CD drive attached to my system. Pls advise.
