Unable to connect to steam server dota 2

Hi, I cannot connect to server. Everytime when game is found and accepted I can enter but then got error saying I cannot connect to server. This happens until I get banned for 1 hour.

Help me plsssssss

based on the current market situation, people now would be more careful when spending even if malaysia has not fully felt the effect of the economy crisis whereby many of us feel that it will come in full force next year

so people would now wanna grow their money

so my question is...

SHORT TERM GOAL (5-8 years)

- for people with short term goals that wanna take advantage of this economy downturn to make their money grow
- eg. make their money grow to about 30,000 - 40,000 for downpayment for a house (economy crisis might cause price of property to drop)
- eg. get married? LOL
- prepare for child education plan

How would someone do this?
- be specific towards wat plan (eg. unit trust ---wat unit trust? provided by who etc)
- open business??? (again must be specific like wat business)

MEDIUM/LONG TERM GOAL (10 years - 30 years)

retirement plans?
shift house plans/invest in another property plan
(just be specific to wat plans ok)

personally i can only think of property for short and long term plans because it applies such as short term is for ppl who wanna buy their 1st house, long term is for ppl who wanna shift to another house which is bigger or for ppl who wanna invest in property

so lets discuss on how can someone do it...

p.s. bear in mind that for the long term plan 30 years ...... there is bound to have at least 3 economy downturn as the cycle comes every 10 years

2 80mm exhaust fans blowing through the holes

hi i have 2 80mm exhaust fans blowing out air from my casing...

the problem is this 2 fans blows through those little little holes at the back of the casing thus making noise...

like u know u whistle...u push a large amount of air through a small hole made by ur lips...thus a whistling sound

when i take the fans out and stand alone or i mount the fan outside the casing then its ok

but then not so efficient as it does not suck all hot air out -.-

how to solve this noise problem..

its not a fan problem as i changed it to silent fans b4 -.- dampers also wont work

im using core temp to check my temperature

its super hot afternoon

yesterday at night it was jus 9 - 11 degree celcius

core temp memang cacat or wat????

my graphic card is at 45-49 at idle

amd system cant use realtemp

using gemim2 btw in aircon room which is set at 26 degrees celcius

care to explain the pros...cuz my fren said it is like lower than genting -.-

or recommend me some other software to monitor temp n ill post results

hi recently in the market i have seen mobos with ddr2 and also ddr3 slots as in 2 in 1 versions

i wanna ask

can i use ddr2 rams and then ddr3 graphic card in the 2 in 1 version mobo?

or shud i just buy ddr3 mobo cuz now allmost all graphic cards are using ddr3

but if i change to buy ddr3 mobo then everything will be more expensive such as my ram cuz of the ddr3 slot

im having a fujitsu notebook

got recovery cd

i got 2 choice

refresh windows

OR

reinstall windows

when i do either 1 rite, some files before i reformat is still there??? y????

how to i make my com clean clean like jus bought.....

i still see my previous files ther irritatin and this files inside got spyware and virus
cant delete

im using dell dimension 2400

i DUN HAVE recovery cd or xp oem cd

i GOT piraTeX xp cd la

BUT

i GOT ORIGINAL product key on the sticker on my desktop

i wanna ask

how do i reinstall my windows XP???? or reformat using THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT KEY??? and using the pirated cd

without buying oem/original xp cd???
