Upon arrival, we could not find our check -in luggage. We reported the incident at MAS counter in HCM. When we reached KL after few days, we reported the issue here in KL again. After almost 1.5mths, after lots of hassle to send them a list of lost items, MAS replied an email stating that they willcompensate only USD20 per kg. Our bag weighed 8kg. For info, our clothes plus everything inside the luggage are worth RM2k (plus the luggage lost also). Nothing branded also. Minus off depreciation rate, we just claimed RM1500 from MAS. <br /><br />The service sucks, slow response.
