20 yo me did this asnb (even dont know how it works) and this macam depreciate by 250 riggit after 3 tiresome years. Should i just eject from this plan and use the monies on somewhere else asap? Felt the need to be in control with my money even small amounts compared to all the experieced uncles here

any investment fields for msians should i pay attention into as white collars? Didnt opt much into the those so called finance gurus so gonna try my luck with real experienced sifus in lowyat 🤔

Trying to make it TLDR:

I had barely go visit any clinic since young. (3 times upon my understanding, currently 22 y.o)
Been experiencing moderate hair loss and severe dandruff.
Currently pursue my study in WM; station at Petaling Jaya region.

So, I would to enquire for those who have many experiences on visiting hospitals or clinics, any clinics you would recommend to check perform;
1. dermatologist (for my dandruff hair)
2. general physical examination (about time...)
3. or any check-up that people should practice. (make it habit)

*due to my status, I couldn't afford very luxurious service from high-end infirmary, but if it's highly recommended, do feel free on sharing.

Keywords: dandruff hair; body check-up; cheap; valuable; good service.

Edit#1: was using Pantene, just shift to Head and Shoulders two days ago (gotta take time to see effect) + planning to buy Selson Blue soon.
