How to setup a PC auto download Streamyx Mail?

hi,

im planning to setup a pc to download streamyx mail for my office...

the reason is my office are using the streamyx mailbox which is TOO small. and only 1 pc can download the mail using outlook express, after that PC has download the mail, others PC in the network will not be able to check the contents online....

so, im thinking, is it possible to setup a mail server which will download the mail automatically from streamyx and every PC in the network will be able to check the mail contents and attachment from the mail server(PC)...?

currently i have a spare old P4 pc connected in the nextwork.... what others software i need to make it work?

hopefully some one can teach me step by step...
