Help!About Linksys ADSL2MUE Modem!

I realy mad with my modem...Linksys ADSL2MUE Modem With USB & LAN...
always suddenly corrupt...tiz is the 2nd time i faces the same problem...
laz time i send the 1st modem to warranty...then they giv me a new one...
i also dun know what the problem coz it corrupted...not lightning strike...
juz suddenly the modem cant booting up...the power LED keeping red...
usually it will turn to green colour after finiz booting up...but,now keeping red...
(1)power LED keep red...(2)no DSL LED...(3)no LAN LED...

actually tiz is a good modem...fast n stable...but dun know y got such problem...
got anybody else also faces the same problem like me?
can anyone tell me what the wrong goin on to my modem?any solution?

pls...help me...
