Housing loan

I'm still got 2 housing loan with out standing 100k+ each. 1 double storey which I'm staying now and 1 apartment currently rent out to covered my loan installment. I'm thinking to do re-financing for either 1 of the property to settle 1 of the out standing loan. Is it saving my installment interest or no changes? Please advise.

My concern is looking for some fast speed internet broadband and come with telephone line to make unlimited national call.

Please advise which is the best package so that I can enjoy during this CNY. Any recommended TV box can connect to this internet broadband.

Healing bed

My mum recently always go to a centre selling this healing bed. She said the bed can heal lot of illness after you laid on it for half an hour every day. She having leg pain but after few week go to this centre the leg pain got improvement. Have anyone heard about this bed? Don't lie me cause I'm poor but not stupid.

Why is the gold price vary in every countries? I been in HK on May and saw the gold at goldsmith shop cheaper compare to Malaysia. That is why my friend brought some jewelry there. Anyone know around the world which country selling the cheapest gold?
