Road Block , Police wrote down My info

as per title, just now ayam drove car , pass by damansara area, couple police set road block on hill road, they seem like check on road tax for every car pass by, when the time turn to ayam car pass , the police ask me park a side, check my road tax no problem, then he ask my ic, driving license , and pass to another police (sat on a chair with table ) , whom wrote down my ic number and name on a paper , on my car plate as well, after that ask you go, ( before i left, i saw one old uncle with bike also "kena tahan" and took the ic / driver license of him to that office , ayam wonder why ar ? its normal routing job or ?

recently my handphone receive weird sms no such as

asking me about my matter, i called back but number is invalid. i replied and delivery success , until today , one of my friend called me , he asked me why no replied his sms, he mention he did sms me , his number start from 019 -xxxxxxx, apparently +35699189492 sms is from him..

guy you all what happen ? i call maxis, they said cant trace what have happen. and +35699189382 dont know from who
