Are retailers taking advantage of No Plastic rule?

Bought take away from one of the fast food restaurants and they put up a sign saying they will charge 20 sen for each plastic bag.

Shouldn't they at least provide a bag that can put in the food items e.g. paper bag ?

I see this happening all over now in selangor. I understand hypermarkets charging and does not provide plastic bag but those items are usually not ready to eat foodstuff.

Similarly, one of the major departmental stores used to provide paper bag for carrying the shopping items but now they totally don't provide, citing the recent ruling on no plastic bags .. huh ???

Will this happen at all the retailers and restaurants ? What's your opinion ?

Summary review :
TREBLE:Treble is clear and present, without any noticeable peaks or dips
MIDS :Mids are maybe just a tad forward but mostly neutral， The transition from the bass and to the treble is impeccable and extremely smooth.
BASS: The bass is great and very impressive for an earbud. There is a lot of warmth that fills the whole spectrum.
Midand upper bass is very neutral and is reasonable fast and punchy.

Again, before calling ourselves one hi-end audio company, I would like to think that we are IT folks + head gear nerds first. so the goal here is not to make as much money as fast as we can, we wanna it to be our legacy. I would like to think that my Monk Plus is the living proof that it doesn't cost that much more to make a good audio product~

If I could, I would have given the monks for free as google is doing. but we obviously are not google, so we can sell them a bit higher than the cost, and spread our vision of the sound to the world. so far I am very grateful for all the support that I am getting globally. it enables us to have a better chance to beat our own record each time, like the Old Monk was more than decent, but I knew I could have done more, and when it comes to the Monk Plus, we finally could afford to give it everything we got while still keeping our mouth fed and even keeping some for our next even more awesome projects. (and yes, there are some not far away)
