Why are americans being paid more for a 3d job than a malaysian, infact their minimal wages is around $1800 per person their minimal wages are around $7.25 per hour working in a mcd

but they are still operating their business there instead with us

if cost cutting was the main clause of everything to be taken care of, many americans would be jobless

i need to stress this out that most malaysian companies are already taking measure of cost cutting since it started, but your biggest asset is the people working for you including to the one that is most below in the hierarchy like your cleaner, and without them nothing can be done, not the coffee for manager A in the morning nor the lunch for manager B in the afternoon and the toilet would get dirty and messy

are these people so easily replaceable, you think? it is not that easy, you willing to pay significant amounts just to hire a person that will be paid 1500 a month but let's give them 2000 which they are more than happy and are motivated to wake up every morning for his work for 3 years or 5 years

but then you complain that nowadays it is so hard to hire an executive and paying him at 1500

hundreds and thousands of graduates will roll out year in and year out so they are easily replaceable but you never see why our economy never achieve greater heights, because money makes money and without these young graduates starting off with a good pay and good job, he/she will never ever has the chance to build up his own businesses.

but why our 3rd world mentality are hindering these people and taken care of cost cutting measure to the tip of every inch in details. It is a process after all businesses creates job and repeating the cycle makes our economy bloom

instead of doing cost cutting try doing the opposite, make sure graduates are paid well you get a motivated person to help you on the job and you get someone who is more than happy to do the job for you. Emotions are money after all.

In the end what do you get in process of cost cutting measure? workers are fighting back in every way possible including taking their MC to the maximum limit. Even willingly to take unplanned leave.

But your thinking even if we pay them better, they still take their MC to the maximum limit but have you seen the positive and negative outcome that will come out of this?

Ever since of asking her for another marriage, she is treating me like a real Prince, like Salam tangan every now and then, calling me 'abg' more often, lowered her EGO down so much, care for me much more, asking so many questions, like how your Day, how was the work, how was your friend, and most commonly asked question 'How are you today'..

Weight Loss Reduce

Hi all,

During my time in college years, I was weighing 70KG, then after 2 months of intense exercise I went from 70KG to 50KG within 2 months, my diet during that time was eggs, chicken, a lot of oranges.

Now am much older and several years of 'trying to bodybuild' I went up 70KG, then after marriage am now weight 87KG.

Few weeks ago I bought my own gym set, and whey protein, within 2 1/2 weeks I went from 87KG to 81KG, my diet consistently was only, Multivitamin, 2xWhey protein/2x Eggs/250ml milk blended together, drinking it twice in a day, and adding fruits from honeydew, oranges and apples.

Am press benching @ 50KG now, while thinking of plateauing at 64KG with 77KG of body weight.

The method is, press benching everyday at least 8setsx12 reps in a day, with 8.4KM of cardio contain running & walking on daily, but I loss a lot of energy on day to day basis, so each week am giving myself at least 2 days rest.

For those who are trying to body build at least a certain figure not to the extend one, or just losing weight, it is doable, just a lot of hard work.
