I defragmented my laptop using diskeeper, scanned my laptop using avast antivirus software and removed spyware using spybot search and destroy but it is still lagging and not as fast as before.<br />The hard disk space is still a lot, more than 50% of space still available.<br /><br />I can tell its slow because when i opened and close applications and opened just 5 or 6 applications such as MSN, Internet explorer, winamp, and chatting with few ppl in MSN its lagging and it annoys me as this never occured before.<br /><br />Last time my laptop used to be smooth and not a problem but now its lagging.<br /><br />Any tips will be much appreciated.
