Celcom Web Self Care Issue

I just moved from maxis to celcom and trying to register with celcom webselfcare at https://onlinepostpaid.celcom.com.my after online signup, i receive sms with temporary password. Login with my temporary password, the system ask me to change the temporary password to new password. The problem is, I cannot change the password because of "Password must be alphanumeric error" error. I have tried everything, abc123, abcdef, Abcdef, Abcd3f, 123456 I even try the combination abcd3#. But still getting the same error.

Is it just me or what? Call celcom 1111 last time, tak setel jugak. Anyone experience this?
