- wanted a complete cleanup for the system by installing a new clean Windows
- having a system that tremendously slowing down and requires a Windows reset / cleanup

Details of service provided:
- Pricing : RM 80 per system / machine
- Windows 10 Pro will be installed ( other Windows will be provided only if the customer special request from me )
- Fundamental drivers will be installed back as where it should be
- Some useful free software will be installed as well : CCleaner , Internet Download Manager (IDM) , Microsoft Office 2016 , VLC Player , Malwarebytes , Google Chrome...

Please take note for the pickup and delivery service:
- I have work on weekday so I will accept requests during the weekdays and arrange pickup on weekends
- how it works : Monday - Friday I will accept and confirm every requests, pickup time will be on Saturday morning starting from 8 AM until late afternoon, please cooperate with my early time schedule as I wanted to avoid traffic congestion after lunch hour, as well as having enough time to format all the machines, thanks
- I will drive to the given address, pickup your machine, and then return home to proceed with the formatting, it will only take one day, so by Sunday morning, I will send the machine back to your living place
- After the machine is being tested by the customer and the customer is fine with the new Windows, payment will be collected on the spot
- If Saturday is already packed with requests, some machines will be scheduled to Sunday morning
- For machines that are scheduled to be collected on Sunday morning, rest assure, I will try my best to make sure it will be sent back to your place before Sunday 11 pm
- I only cover KL and Selangor area, preferably Central of KL areas, Cheras, Kajang, Sri Petaling, Puchong , Subang , Wangsa Maju, Ampang areas as I live in Sri Petaling

Special case/ privilege:
- For customer living around Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil, Old Klang Road, Happy Garden etc etc whichever that is nearby Sri Petaling area, I can provide pickup on weekday after 7.30 pm, and deliver back to your living place on the next day before 11 pm
- If your living place is very near to my hostel, you might even get back your machine on the same day if you special request from me, but please take note that it's not available all the time as some times I will be going out and come back at late night, so please consult me if you have urgent situation that requires a rush service, much appreciated
- Strictly not available for other areas, I can't drive too far at night time, risks involved, my apologies for customers from other areas
