remotely control from mobile devices to PC

Hi Guys, I'm new to HTML5 & Javascript. I'm doing a photo capturing system for my college Final Year Project. Right now I find difficulties on doing one of the function of my system. How can I make android device communicate with my javascript on website(PC) by using web based. Let say my android device have a GUI and it have a CAPTURE button which when user tap on it, it will activate the CAPTURE function in the website(PC).

How can I make them communicate together?
