Can I be fired from job for not socializing?

I mean, i can communicate without any problem for all work related stuff.
I just find it hard to join in when other people are having non work related conversation, gossiping, joking and all those things because I'm a new joiner and they all already been there for many years already and have their own cliques.

I'm a shy introverted person, so i won't usually be the one to start any conversations and they all also seem to not bother to talk with me other than regarding work stuff.

i always feel like people are always gossiping about me because they think I'm too anti social, and I'm so afraid that would cause me to loose my job.

this is a really big company, my department itself almost 100 people. I'm quite happy with the work, but I just feel like I'm not socializing much and people are noticing and they might terminate me because of that.

Resume with or without picture is better?

Is it necessary to include a picture of me in my resume when I send my job application?

Some people said no need, only people applying for modeling or acting need to put their pic in resume. It can also avoid any biases.
While others said, if someone doesn't put it, it shows that person is not professional, lazy, not confident etc.

Which one is more accurate? Which one do most HR and hiring managers prefer?

For me what I do is, when I'm applying for job I will only include a resume of me without any picture, only when I'm called for interview will I hand them over my resume complete with pic to them.

Additional question, what about including IC no and home address in resume, is it advisable?

Besides Jobstreet?

Where else could I apply for jobs in Malaysia?

I've tried applying directly to the company website before but they had never replied. I think sites like Jobstreet yields better results.

Are there anymore sites like Jobstreet?

how do recruitment firms work?

I mean those external recruitment firm where a company would hire them and they would find suitable candidates for that co, how does it work exactly?

will the recruiter get commission or something each time they find a suitable candidate for interview? then if the candidate did well in the interview, they'll receive even more commission? is it like that?

do the recruiters legit care and want to help the candidate they recruited?

i'm asking because many months ago got this one recruitment firm, arrange me for an interview, then after interview, recruiter said the interviewer was really impressed by me, almost confirm i will get the job but just need to wait confirmation from management, everyday said like that until one day told me application process will be quite long aka KIV'ed.

few days ago same recruiter called me again, again asked me if i'm interested for same comp., and then said i'm shortlisted for interview again.
but then it crossed my mind that maybe he's doing this because he have a quota or something to fill, like he needs x amount of candidates to be recruited for y week or he'll be in deep shit? like i'm just his last ditch attempt because he can't recruit anyone else for that particular week?

i'm asking this because i feel like it's just waste of time, energy and money for me to prepare and go for the interview, but will be given fake hope again like last time and ended up not getting accepted?
the first time i went for interview with this company i was quite enthusiastic, was really eager to join them because their field of business is something that i'm passionate about. now lol not really as motivated as last time.

so what advice can you guys give me?
maybe i'm just overreacting and overthinking? lol

Resigning during probabtion

i'm currently still on probation with this company, been there for more than 2 months
really bad environment, everyone there has bad attitude and immature, there's swearing and shouting everyday, people freely smoke inside office like nobody's business, many people before me had left the company, someone who joined after me left after only 3 days, and now there's less than 5 people in the office including me, and everyone is under alot of pressure due to lack of employees and we all have to do stuff that is out of our job scope.
the boss also lied to me regarding the working hours that he verbally told to me during interview but i cant do anything since it's not stated on appointment letter.
in case you're wondering, the reason all those remaining employees are still there and not yet quite is because some of them are school leavers, no higher education cert so they have no where to go if they quit. they told me that themselves when i asked them. they told me all the previous employee just AWOL MIA after the received salary, but i don't think that's the right way no matter how bad the company is.

my probation gonna end middle of next month and I'm thinking of leaving ASAP, but i know if i tender resignation letter to the boss he would never let me leave since they're desperately in need of employees. according to appointment letter i must give 30 days notice even before confirmation.

what I'm thinking to do is, i just tender my resignation through email and said i shall compensate the 30 days notice by not accepting last months salary, is that possible? that way i wont need to face to face with the boss because if i do, i know he's a spin master and he's gonna spin until I won't be able to resign.

any other better ways?
