Slow Connection to Exchange Server

Hi Guys ,

need your Expert recommendation on this problem , here's the situations :

Our company lease Exchange Server that is located at our HQ office that is in Germany , but for the past 3 weeks , we have intermittent connection to the exchange which led to some serious problem (e.g: email not responding , connection to the server lost) everytime we send an email it stuck like that ,

we currently using unfibiz 50mbps(no fixed IP) and using AD server with DHCP function. we use D-link gigabit switch , but right now, i use direct connect to TM router TRG212M with cat6 cable and wifi off, which...the problem still exist......

What weird though, when i speedtest even to germany , it doesn't show any that obvious speed drop and i even ping to their certain server , which i found the speed is somewhat acceptable with 7ms to 8ms reply. we can even access to other website with no problem and use youtube with 1080p with ease, and when we use our email outside of company premise( Eg: home network or starbuck) , we can use the email with no problem at all , what i can see that there are 3 connection that obviously slow which is the email , skype and teamviewer(even i teamviewer someone within the office , the lagness is showing) so right now , i have no idea what's wrong with it , I have ask TM to reset Port but still the same , so what should i do next ? how can determine what is the source of the problem ? really appreciate your help guys
