Hi All,

I've just registered for my kid that turned 5 yo this year in moe website. I got 2 questions
1. Is it mandatory to put parents income in the form?
2. After I filled in and submitted the form, I can't no longer see or update the application anymore when I logged in the next time. It showed "Maaf, tiada sebarang permohonan bagi masa ini.". Any issue with my application? I've saved and printed the summary when I submitted the first time..

Hi All,

Me and my bro bought a house together on 2012. Now I agree to transfer the house ownership and loan to my bro and his wife.

1. The bank lock in period is 48 months. Could we even possible get the penalty waive for early settlement if my bro and wife just apply a new loan to paid of the old loan? It could be less than 190k only.

2. We would try to engage the same lawyer to everything to save cost of course. Any item in the lawyer bill could be exempted so we could save even more?

3. How about rpgt? If I just declare our selling price is exactly the same like when we bought it at 2012, means no gain and is it possible to avoid the rpgt? Seems irb would perform their own value assessment of the property to check the market value. What is the best way to avoid tax?

Transfer house and loan ownership

Hi Sifu sekalian,

2 years ago, I bought an apartment together with my brother. Both the house and housing loan are under our name.
We pay the installment every month together.
My brother wish to own the apartment with his wife and I'm ok with it. My bro would pay me since the property value appreciated.

Question:
1) I just need a lawyer to made the necessary property ownership transfer?
2) As for the house loan, what can be done to minimal the lost/penalty to the bank?

2 routers with Maxis Home?

Hi,

Anyone tried to connect a second router(tplink) to Maxis's Home Thomson router?
I would like to have a second router with stronger wifi signal.
I tried to set "Dynamic IP" in the WAN settings of my tplink router but failed.
It suggest "Static IP", but it still failed after I tried with many attempts.
