Acne Issues

Hi everyone, I am having issues with acne on my body and it gets worst to a point that my tshirt have blood stains when I go to bed. Its on my upper arms, collar bone area and at the back as well. I went to Dr.Ko but the medication given is not working. Some of the pimples are really painful at times. What can I do with this issue?

Time and date not synced

Heyo all, I am having an issue with my laptop. Whenever I turn on my laptop, the time and date that is being shown is the time and date i shut down my laptop. I have to manually sync the time and date in the setting and sometimes the sync fails. I have tried using services.msc and also cmd to fix the issue but none of this seem to work as the problem of the time and date not synced iss till there.

Hi everyone, I recently moved in to a new place with my family. I find that when I use internet at the hall or dinning hall my internet speed using speed test is at 500 mbps. When I move into my room which is at the end, it goes to less than 50mbps. I was thinking of buying an extender or something like that to get good internet at my room. I have attached the self drawn layout of my place.

Just to keep in mind:
I cant move the router as it is connected to the TV
I tried pulling lan cable into the room but seems messy so removed it

Hi everyone, first and foremost I am sorry if i post in the wrong section. Now to the main topic - My family and I live in a single story house, there are 4 of us including me but our electric bill is coming up to RM300. Only my parents are at home all the time whereas me and my sister are working. I am not sure what or where am I going wrong with the electricity and would like to ask for some insight if possible. We have 2 aircon, 1 fridge and 1 washing machine that consumes electricity the most unless you want to calculate the TV.

Hi guys,

I need recommendation on dermatologist as I have back-acne problem. The worst one was on the skin above my collar bone as it keeps appearing at the same spot and it started off as normal acne but it got infected and spread. I managed to control it by going to a normal doctor but it seems like the problem is back and I dont want my body to get infected again by it. Around Klang Valley with a reasonable price should be fine. I thought it was hormone but my face has no acne problem like it has on my body and hands. As for diet meal, I even tried vegetarian for half a year but nothing worked but to be health conscious i dont intake many fatty food either.

Car ownership transfer

Ok so far from what I have read is that I to get new insurance and puspakom inspection.
My question is I have already done the puspakom inspection but I have no idea where to get insurance for the car and also the owner is my aunt who lives in KL and the person who is buying is my friend who lives in Kampar. Must my aunt need to go do fingerprint or is there anyway without my aunt being there cause she is usually working and have no time to get this done. I will be assisting my friend in Kampar to get this sort out.
