Hi guys, i just moved in to our new rental house (serviced apartment)

we are the first renter here and apparently the owner havent change the the TNB tariff from commercial to residential.

i got my first TNB bill and was quite shocked as the bill is almost double than our usual use & noticed its charged under commercial rate.

since this is the owner mistake should owner or me as the tenant have to pay for the difference in tariff?

just want some opinion,

i have my fridge serviced by a tech and he top up my refrigerant and then this happen causing leaks on the floor,

i read on the net said its a symptom of refrigerant overcharged.

call him back to fix it, he came and tried to fix but fail to do so, he said that my compressor is weak already causing this symptom.

just want other opinion, i kene scam issit by the tech 🤔

just got back from lepak session with my friend and had shisha,

now the chemoreceptic trigger zone (ctz) in my brain is screaming for me to puke which i dont want to because i spent RM6 for the nasi lemak that i ate just now and my stomach will be empty later.
