Recently got recruiter call me regarding MES IT role in Agilent. Despite I insisting not interested at first (without knowing the company name), she insist that I consider as this company supposedly rarely recruit for this role.

have phimosis recently after healing from foreskin cuts during sex resulted from condom too dry, quite surprising to me since i am almost 30, first time i have problem. but it seems like my foreskin too long all the while, the injury just complicate things.

Went to sunway specialist and he recommend phimosis but the price is 3k + for local anesthetic and 5k + for full body anesthetic, and cant claim insurance. quite heavy on finance side. Any recommendations for decent alternatives that doesnt cost this price ? I saw a thread saying Klinik Brunei. Anywhere else ?

I live at Bukit Tengah, mainland penang if that's relevant to your recommendation but have no problem traveling to island.

Does anyone know the general range for this surgery ? Yesterday both nostrils are blocked today 1 side, i go see company doc, he say septum deviation and say if i feel bothered, can correct with surgery. Anyone has experience with this surgery on how much it helps with QoL and its cost ?

Condo lowest floor bad ?

Bought a condo unit. Total 46 floors. Facilities are 7-8, 1-6 parking floor. Pool on 7th floor. My unit pool facing, 9th floor. Is it bad ? For my block, 15 units per floor, 5 lifts. Avg 3 unit per floor per lift. Pros of my unit is no need wait lift, can just walk, especially power outage and emergencies

which is better overall ? Vivo has better camera that one I know, but both same price. Magic 6 Pro on paper is more well rounded

My usual usage: a lot of browsing, read novel, watch youtube, listen music, browse phone a lot in the dark before sleep. Casual photography with gf when dating, no pro mode usage or manual editing

want to ask ah if the 10 year / 5 year (not sure which, heard all 10 year moratorium updated to 5 year but SNP still write 10 years) moratorium habis, can rent out ? i know can sell only after habis but rent mcm not clear. is moratorium period or indefinitely cannot rent out ? Some say just follow moratorium period, but SNP mcm not clear about renting or maybe i dont understand the legal term for it

Company threaten over resignation buyout

New employer request buyoff 1 month of the 2 months notice period, I sign the employment letter. but my current employer reject buyoff due to tight schedule and headcount, and slightly threaten me with anti competitive clause as my employment contract has a clause that written then after resignation, the employee cannot join client or competitor company for 1 yr (they say my new company is ex client). They request I finish 2 months notice and they will not pursue that matter.

I know technically cannot be enforced and technically I can just dump a month salary and cabut early since last yr Jan amendment, Employment Act applies to everyone. still, dun wish to burn bridges in small industry

seems like have to nego with new employer on entry date and possibly give up the 1 month salary sign on bonus (to compensate for buyout)

Passed interview for a MNC and their recruiter contact called today, offer 50% increment over my current basic and have onboard bonus

also requested one month buyoff for notice period. i asked if can delay abit as it clash with a planned trip with GF that week they requested to start work, they say will discuss with hiring manager after CNY manager returned and give offer letter after that

normal for MNCs to rush like that ? 17th they reach out, 26th baru interview, this monday baru contact to talk about documents and their interest to buyoff, today straight contact for offer

Bought a PR1MA condo in central Penang, after bought only realize during SPA that I bought lowest available floor, 9th floor. 1-7 is car park, 7 & 8 is facilities. 9th to 46th is residential. 15 units per floor for my block and tower, with 5 lifts serving. Orientation is facing the major pool of the project., mine is in middle of the floor Did I fk up?

pros that I see are avoiding congestion for lift, as the density is super high. and can walk to facility easily during black out

cons: noise, wind and other usual low level cons.

Communication problem

I missed a question by my gf when talking to my family for several hours

and when I start messaging again, I didnt realized she asked me a question. She started stonewalling a bit, whatever I message her, she just reply "oh", when I ask whats wrong, she refused to say. until an hour later only she told me what I did wrong, she take it as a sign that I am not paying attention to what she say, like bo sim like that. and its something she point out once before that I sometimes forgot what she said.

we have a small argument on using "oh" stonewalling to reply as I didnt like that and very much prefer someone letting me know what I did wrong immediately. Granted, this incident and the previous forgetful of what she said contributed to the argument. For context, the forgetfulness isnt just towards her alone, I tend to forget lots of stuff which I suspect due to bad quality of sleep, I take very long to sleep, and very easily awake, and I go to bed pretty late at night. It happen at everything in general not just towards her.

We also have past argument on personal space where I dedicate entire Saturday to her and Sunday to myself. Everytime got argument, after I said my point, she always like to do a sarcastic nvrmind-I-follow-your-style reply (ok, I will just follow you, in future Sundays, I dont invite you to running event, let you have you sweet personal time,etc)

How do you communicate in this situation or am I the asshole here ?
