Details of the complaint : my second powerbank I purchased from forummer has developed buldges and the casing has been warped. I have contacted Jason for 2 months in advance before the warranty expired but he keep telling me "I will call you tomorrow", "oh I'm out station", "sorry late reply, will contact you soon"etc, and he keep postponing my kind request until the end of the warranty period. I have given enough time for him to respond but no serious effort was made to attend my issues. warranty has expired on 16 Aug 2013. last contact was on the day I posted the complaint on his sales thread (14 August) asking me to provide email address and he mentioned something about replacing my powerbank.

I just found out from a fren, my Chief Operation Officer is a bankrupt. no wonder he's acting weird, even simple transaction also is complicated to him.. giving excuse cannot smoke inside airplane as an excuse not to go overseas, never have or apply bank loan using company, even company also not on his name, but his wife. I suspect he (several times) forged signature of his wife (director of the company) to withdraw money from company (justified or not, I don't know)..

he also owe money from several individual to sustain himself and the company. I'm not sure the ppl he owe money from, aware of his alleged bankrupt status, or the excuse/reason he tell them to get the money.

sometimes he's nice, sometimes he's very bad. has a very bad temper but the quiet temper type. he's very quiet and revengeful. talks about everything like he know it all, and what ever coming out from his mouth is fact. I went into arguments with him several times cos his "facts" do not tele, then finally he call me stupid and say I don't know anything. he can be a real problem if one messes up with him. lots of ppl around the area, and friends already left him alone not to mix with him anymore. he make more and more enemies nowadays (so I heard from ppl around the area where he lives). I also know some of his closest friends and neighbors too. he's nice to only those who he can benefit from. doesn't matter if the guy piss on his head also he can still smile.

what do you think? Should I report him to the Police (signature forgery, criminal breach of trust) and Insolvency department? or should I just keep quiet let him be?

Hi guys and gals, I have a question.. I'm not sure that would be the correct term I have no information at all. I tried google with several keyword but nothing come close. I hope I'm posting in the correct section. If not please move it to a proper place.

Let me try my best to explain what I mean.

I'm planning to start a business providing "Information on demand" service thru sms like the trivia questions, waktu solat etc. I'm looking to subscribe a service that provide the short code, and I get to bill the customer whenever they demand the information. Plus I guess I'm going to need somebody to do bit programming to ensure no customer gets the same info everytime.

I'm currently in the planning (dreaming) stage and now thinking about the costing part. In my mind, subcribing to this service is the biggest unknown at the moment.

I hope any of you who have knowledge about this would share it here.
