PC Shutdown while gaming

Hello all,

I've been searching the forum and googling about this issue and it all points out to overheating or problem with the PSU ... but I'm still uncertain of a few things, maybe you guys can gimme some thoughts on it.

System Specs (it's 2 weeks old only man)

AMD 64 X2 3800+ (stock fan)
1 piece 1GB Corsair Ram
MSI NX7600GS Gfx
MSI K9N Ultra Mobo
1 SATA Drive
1 Optical Drive

Here are the temp readout
CPU: ~40-45C'
System: ~39-45C'
SATA Drive: ~40C'
GFX: ~57-67C'

I find this problem to be quite annoying, usually about 5-10 minutes of gameplay (Darkstar One, Battle for Middle Eart II, etc those graphic intensive games) my comp would just shut down ... can't even restart unless I switch off the power supply. I don't think this is an overheating issue, furthermore the comp is in an air conditioned room.

Next culprit would be the PSU. I read somewhere that it could be caused by a faulty PSU or a lack of power ..... it's a stock PSU from the casing This is what my GIGANTIC IPOD casing looks like

http://www.avf.com.my/details.asp?prod_id=629

It has a stock 500w power supply ... can't be lack of power right??

Another culprit would be ... the RAM ... but after checking using a software called memtest, there's nothing wrong with the RAM. This is driving me crazy man ... chun chun PC cannot play game for more than 10 minutes hahaha ... sad case.

Any help or input?
