Removing Paint from Timber Flooring

Dear Sifus,

I have a problem. My painter and contractor did not cover the areas of the 1st floor when doing the painting and have caused paint on my timber flooring (comes with the house)

What are my options to repair this to make it smooth and remove the paint if possible ?

If got vendors, do recommend.

Question on MBSA Approval to create Balcony

Have a question on MBSA Permit. I was told by my contractor that MBSA does not allow for creation of new balcony.

I'm planning to extend my kitchen (30x6) with concrete Slab/roof. Want to convert the Slab/roof to a balcony with Glass/Aluminum railings.

Hence, is it true that I can't do this ? or there is a way around this ?

Would like to check where I can get affordable Stepping stone 2x2. Was quoted RM35 per piece.
Was wondering if there is anywhere cheaper in KL/Selangor area.
