Unable to use smart switch on S21 Ultra

Hi bought one S21 Ultra, then when wanna use smart zwitch to transfer data frm previouz s10, says its locked by maxis

Tried to do factory reset, unable to proceed
Hard reset also failed.

Anybody have the same issue?

problem opening .avi files

Have this really annoying problem.
Opens my computer, then when i select any *.avi files (as in left click, and cursor just hanging there), windows explorer encountered a problem and need to shut down.
Everytime!
And also, not being able to view these *.avi files (all of them, from anime to movies!) using windows media player, DivX player and Real player. Can only play using VLC media player.
Help please!!!!
